A lot of Americans are Germans. And that’s JUST what we’re like to the nobility.
From what I hear, death by ax is (was?) a common form of death in German farming communities.
That’s right, go bother a Kraut with an ax.

The Germans used third-person to servants — and for a long time, used it as polite address between soldiers.
The German Solution — order some beer.
This is why I never have any beer in my refrigerator; my characters are all Germans.
